i think i might start one of those days. i'm fat. and fatter. and uglier. i hate myself. my crush will never talk to me. because i'm fat. and fat. and ugly.
this is my plan:
1000 calories per day:
B:
- Yoghurt 100k
- Weet Bix 52k
- 500ml agua
S:
- Mini Oreo's 100k
- Tomatoes 50k
L:
- Pita Bread 127k
- With-Fresh Cheese 80k -Ham 30k -Humus 50k
D:
- 1/2 of the meal= 1/2 calories.
- Tomato 50k or Lettuce 20k
Drinks:
- Water - Half juice (70k) with water -Vitamin Water 90k
I'll be perfect. In the worst of the cases I'll eat 1009 calories :D
